The Garden District Courtyard is in the back courtyard of Art & Glassworks. Art & Glassworks has been a staple in Historic Lancaster for 30 years!
Located in the heart of Lancaster at 319. N. Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.
The Garden District is a private and fully enclosed courtyard, nestled neatly behind the store Art & Glassworks. This luscious courtyard is usually the “backyard” to the owners of the space: Karin Meacham and Gary Ziffer (as well as AUSTIN. Our beloved peaches has passed away after 19 years.)
However, at this time the Art & Glassworks Family is no longer opening the Courtyard public events .
The Courtyard is currently under construction and is not able to be rented at this time.

Hourly Rental Rates
Monday – Thursday ……. $100 / hour
Friday – Sunday ………….. $150 / hour
Event rentals require a 3-hour minimum. These rental fees cover up to 50 guests.
We require a 50% Deposit upon officially booking your event!
Additional Charges
More than 50 guests …….. $2
(per hour per guest)
Use of kitchen ………….. $250
(setup & service during the event)
1-hour photo use ………. $100
